I know I rarely post, but that's because nothing ever happens in my life!  Actually, alot is happening that I might post in the near future.  But TODAY, I got to do something especially cool.  I got to see the President of the United States in Grand Island!  It was an honor.  And then something REALLY cool happened.  I got to shake his hand as he was working the rope line. So, now you all know someone who has shaken the hand of the President of the United States.  We took a picture of my hand as proof, so maybe Joan will post it here soon.  (I don't know how to download pictures :(    Anyway, I just had to let you all know what happened today.  It was a good day.

OK, OK, I'll write.  Something strange is happening at our house.  I think my kids are avoiding me.  I mean, I can tell by their rooms that they are around, but I never see them any more.  I think they are playing tricks on me.  Come out, come out wherever you are!!!

7 inches of rain in 4 hours, during Bible Study no less!  Good times.  If only I could have convinced Joan that swimming in the ditch at the end of our driveway was a good idea!  That would have been stuff of legends.

Did you know that today is June 13th, a very special day?  On this day 18 years ago, a very precious young lady was born, Julie Ruthanne Coddington.  So, today is her birthday.  She is no longer a child, but an adult.  But, she will always be my Sweet Pea.  Yeah, Julie!  Happy birthday.

Be in prayer for Timberlake Camp and its staff.  There was a drowning at the camp yesterday involving a member of a private party using camp facilities.  Although the staff was not required to provide lifeguarding, they were all called in to find the child and were there when he was discovered.  You can imagine how this would impact you.
